You become shrouded in darkness, being instantly hurled into the Black and reappearing into the designated location unscathed.

To use shadow jump, you must be in an area of shadowy illumination. You are then instantaneously transported through the Black to any other spot within range in a shadowed area to which you have line of sight. You can bring along possessions that amount to as much as a medium load. Movement caused by the use of shadow jump does not provoke attacks of opportunity.

If you somehow attempt to transfer yourself to a location occupied by a solid body, location you cannot see, or a location without shadows the power simply fails to function.

Augment You can augment this power in one or both of the following ways.

  1. If you spend 2 additional power points, you may also bring one additional willing Medium or smaller creature (carrying gear or objects up to its maximum load).
  2. If you spend 6 additional power points, you can manifest this power as a move action.
