Racial Traits
- Ability Scores:
- Type: Shardborn are outsiders with the native subtype.
- Size: Shardborn are Medium creatures and thus have no bonuses or penalties due to their size.
- Speed: Shardborn have a base speed of 30 feet.
- Languages: Shardborn begin play speaking Common and Terran. Shardborn with high Intelligence scores can choose from the following: Aquan, Dwarven, Elven, Gnome, Halfling, Ignan, and Auran.
Defense Traits
- Energy Resistance (1 RP): 5 Acid Resistance.
- Crystalline Form (2 RP): Members of this race have reflective, crystalline skin that grants them a +2 racial bonus to AC against rays. Once per day, they can deflect a single ray attack targeted at them as if they were using the Deflect Arrows feat.
- Hardy (3 RP): Benefit: Members of this race gain a +2 racial bonus on saving throws against poison, spells, and spell-like abilities.
